We created this report so investors and buyers can take a look where the Condo sales are happening, how many are selling on average per year along with Actual Prices ( Actual price is the Closed Price -Seller Subsidy). We use this figure to help buyers and investors understand the actual price for the property. We can also create additional report and details for this data. Simply ask 🙂
Below you will be able to look at how many condos SOLD per year ( so far in August 2018). You can compare the # of sales, Actual price, minimum condo price and max condo price - please keep in mind that this data is not expanded ot show the breakdown per number of bedrooms or square footage. We can further break this down if needed to provide that kind of detail. For example, if you are interested in 2 bedroom condo price comparisons, we can show that.
Average condo fee and Garage spaces are also included along with DOMM and DOMP - Days on Market for the last listing and Days On Market for the Property. If the property was taken off the market or listed by a new agent, DOMP will show the total number of days the property has been on the market. This figure resets after the property has been off the market for 90 days.
