Overall Market - Increased competition in Palladium. Multiple units on the market. 

Pros & Cons - More interested buyers will view all the units and compare the units. Size, Location, Features, Finishes, Layout and of course Price will be compared.  

Marketing is getting good results but lack of showings is disappointing. 

You should be getting Listing reports on marketing from Adwerx and also realtor.com. Zillow has disabled their reporting for the time being so I will provide overviews.
