“I have lived in Broadlands for 17 years couldn’t imagine growing up in any other place. The schools are nationally ranked, the neighborhoods are beautiful, and location is perfect. Broadlands is located very close to attractions such as dozens of Vinyards, Dulles Airport, and beautiful shopping centers. “
“This was the safest neighborhood I have ever lived in. I previously lived in California before moving to Broadlands, and Broadlands certainly made me feel at home. The only drawback was the cost of living. “
“It is a safe family oriented community with quality schools. I have lived in the area for over ten years and I work for the local school system. It’s an area that is experiencing a lot of growth because of its attractions such as having quality schools and being family friendly.”
